What Is Your Cancellation Policy?

Unless there are significant extenuating circumstances, sessions cancelled without reasonable notice attract a cancellation fee: 100% of the session fee for sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, and 50% of the session fee for sessions cancelled with less then 48-hours notice.

Cancellations must be made via phone or email. If you’ve cancelled via email, we will always confirm your cancellation via reply email.

Can I Claim For Sessions With Medicare?

If you’re referred for treatment with a Medicare Mental Health Care Plan or Eating Disorder Treatment Plan you can claim back part of your session fee (between $92 and $136 depending on which member of our team you see) through Medicare.  To access a Mental Health Care Plan or Eating Disorder Treatment Plan, schedule an appointment with your medical provider - they’re who can assess your eligibility (make sure you mention that you want to be assessed for a Medicare plan when you make your appointment, because you’ll need a slightly longer than normal appointment time).
